The human population of planet Earth is, in effect, maxed out on its credit cards and soon will have problems paying the mortgage. Unless concerted global efforts are made to address these mounting problems, GEO-4 concludes that we shall shortly pass the point of no return.

See, this is where I have the problem. I agree with this. As a species on the planet Earth, we have effectively become too good for our own good. Case in point, we are growing exponentially, while our resources are not.

The real problem isn't global warming. It's the fact that there are too many damn people on the planet. Why won't they address the real problem? Too many people are having unprotected Sex and creating babies.

I mean, we talk about the pet problem and how we must control the population. How about the people problem? If we don't get a bubonic plague soon to wipe out 1/2 the population, we are doomed. Even worse, if we do get something to cut our number drastically, will we continue down this path or will we realize we must control our population.

So, I say to you, stop focusing on Global Warming. It is not the problem. It is an effect of the real problem.

    Stop Global Overpopulation!

    I'm already on it! 🙂

    Oh, wait. . . 🙁

You know what happens in a petri dish when the bacteria grow without anything to stop them? They eventually run out of food and die in their own waste. Granted, our petri dish has renewable resources and the ability to recycle waste, but it has limits.

Heh, I made a comment last nite but decided to kill it instead. I got a kick out of hearing an English judge is prohibiting the force feeding of gores movie in British schools until some 30 odd lies and falsehoods are removed. Like damn, what would be left of it?

Did you ever watch the movie or read the book?

Why would I Bubba? I've heard enough to know I don't want or need to see it. England is damn near anal about enviromentalism, so I was shocked to hear this move against gores' movie.

He has been caught in so many lies in the last two decades I find it incredible anyone gives him an audience.

I only see his hypocritical lifestyle, sorry.

I'm sorry Bubba, but it's just to inconvenient to watch Al Gore's movie.....

So you can dispute it and have no idea what it says...

Maybe if he renames it as "Convenient Truthiness", I'll check it out.
