Basically it talks about the NFL enforcing the use of the term "$up3r 80VV1" (<--- written in l33t so as to not get GRB sued) and shutting down churches who were rebroadcasting on screens too large. The law reads screens larger than 55" and having more than 6 speakers (anyone with 5.1 and a 55" tv??).
Amusing read. Maybe the NF1 (don't want to infringe on that one either) can get themselves as hated by their consumers as the RIAA.
