Tetanus Shots Hurt

    I had to go to the doctors this week and he asked when was the last time I had a Tetanus shot. It's been forever, so I got one.....

    Man, my freaking arm is sore as can be. I'm glad I don't have to do this again for 10 years.....

    I agree man. That is such a small needle but whatever the shot is doing it really does make you sore. I hate getting one of those. 😉

    Take some CQ10, it helps muscle soreness.
    I take them to counter act my meds that give me severe muscle soreness all of the time and makes me feel like I have been in a bar fight. 🙂

    They do not get rid of it but they do help.
