Well the parts for my new machine are coming in now.. It's like Christmas.. in April!.. the FX-60 should be here by the end of the week same for the case.. To make sure this processor stayed cool I went in search of a cool looking fan that would do the job.. I found the Thermaltake Blue Orb II.. And knew this was the fan/heatsink..
So I get the package in today from Newegg... and Dear God...
This thing is a Beast.. Take the size of your hand.. clinched... and double that.. I hadnt paid any attention to the dimensions of the fan.. just the Socket compatibility.. from the reading I've done now.. it should work.. may just need to put the RAM in the slots furthest from the CPU.. so we'll see.. I'll take pictures once it's completed..
