I have to ask this question and I mean it with all sincerity.

How can Bill Clinton be hailed as such a great president when the majority of his term was under a Republican Controlled Congress?

Yep. Bush has gone way out of his way not to point fingers back at Clinton or Carter. Neither of them have shown any presidential respect or restrain. What hokey ass'ed crap.
