I actually don't like it. I'd want to be able to pump in more than one display. For instance. Run my game while my teamspeak or what have you is on another monitor.
Note To Self:
Do not buy Raze the Alienware Curved LCD for Christmas.
Ok, got it.....
I've been using dual monitors for about 3 years now. There's no going back once you do. The first dual card I bough was a Matrix and they touted the upcoming ability to have games that used both monitors. That certainly was vaporware.
Can you imagine being able to see behind you on a game? Anyway, they are great for PS or webworking. You can drag all the toolbars to one and have the other for a complete workspace, or your browser in the other looking for graphics, etc.
I know with MS Combat Flight Simulator you could use multiple monitors. You could also customize your screen to set essentially amounted to a rearview mirror - It made a huge difference in spotting pesky pilots on your 6 😀
I have gone back... I ran dual-ies for a couple years then I got sick of having a nice small 20" flat panel next to a huge 20" CRT so I went back to 1 monitor for now. I will someday have the money to buy the second monitor.
