You guys do coding right?

Hey i have an idea for a simple drawing program. And don't know jack about coding. But as of right now this program doesn't exist. It should though. I spend during this part of the season a tremondous amount of time doing the following through 3 different programs now to get the desired effect.
I need something to be able to draw on jpg's, then be able to scale the lines and circle that have been created on the jpg to a size neded. Last it need to be able to convert these to a # of programs.

Any help? It may be worth something if it is marketed right!!

I once talked to a company about adding this feature to their product then thought i should investigate this myself.

Sounds like something you can do with the automated stuff in Photoshop. Hitpawz or Raze might know more about it.

Yeah i use a combination of the above to get the results i would like to get with one program. In my industry it would be a useful tool to alot of people.
The more i think about it the less i really want to say!! HAHA!
