Canada’s own Hot Hot Heat have posted the first video from their upcoming full length. The record is titled Happiness LTD. and is due out September 11, 2007. It is the follow-up to Elevator which was released in 2005.

Buck-O-Nine: “Sustain”
It’s always a treat for us old ska-heads when a veteran band releases a new album. When it’s the first recorded appearance in seven years, it’s even more exciting. Sustain is Buck-O-Nine‘s return to the fray, featuring their signature punked up ska sound. For those who miss the simplicity of the third wave without all the unnecessary goofiness, check it out.

Tours: Motion City Soundtrack / Anberlin / Mae / Metro Station
Motion City Soundtrack has announced the dates for a two-month-long headlining tour, with most dates landing in U.S. territory. Along for the ride will be Anberlin, Mae and Metro Station.
By the time the tour hits on October 17th, all four bands will be supporting 2007 full-lengths. Motion City will have released Even If It Kills Me, due out September 18th via Epitaph, and Mae will have released Singularity, their label debut that’s set to street a week from today on Capitol. Anberlin released Cities (Tooth & Nail) earlier this year, while Metro Station’s self-titled debut is slated for release September 18th on Red Ink.

Plus 44: “155”
Plus 44 has posted the latest video for their track “155.” The song comes from the band’s debut full length, When Your Heart Stops Beating. The band includes members of Blink 182, Mercy Killers, Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards, The Aquabats, The Forgotten and The Nervous Return.
The video itself was directed by pro-skater Haven Lamoureux.
So Many Dynamos complete LP3
So Many Dynamos has completed the recording of their as-yet-untitled third full-length with producer Chris Walla of Death Cab for Cutie.
The band is promising the album to be mixed in September, while its affiliate label has yet to be determined.
The album will follow up 2006’s Skrocki Records effort, Flashlights.

Army of Me: “Going Through Changes”
Army of Me‘s video for “Going Through Changes” has found its way online. The track is taken from their recent Doghouse full-length, Citizen.
The video was shot overnight “in an actual NYC bus while driving through the streets of Times Square and Midtown Manhattan” and directed by Kamisol Productions (Sahara Hotnights, Division of Laura Lee, Mando Diao).

Epitaph sets release date for Farewell debut
Epitaph has set the release date for Farewell‘s Isn’t This Supposed to Be Fun?, which was detailed last month.
The album is set for a September 25th release, to be preceded by the release of a digital single, “First One on the Blog,” on the 28th of this month.

Tours: Ari Up and the True Warriors (UK)
Ari-Up & The True Warriors have European tour dates (well, the UK primarily plus Amsterdam) set to commence later this week. They’ll perform along acts like King Django and appear at the Rebellion Festival on August 11th. Their show at Rebellion will feature the Cocknet Rejects, Conflict, Leftover Crack, Neville Staple, the Beat and Mouthwash among others.
The band of course features Ari-Up of the Slits along with Jayson “Agent Jay” Nugent (Stubborn All-Stars, the Slackers, Agent 99) on guitar, Ira Heaps (Jammyland Records) on bass, and Mike “Mikey General” Severino on drums.
