Protest The Hero cancel dates on Silverstein tour

Metal/punk outfit Protest The Hero have dropped off their support slot with on Silverstein’s US tour. The band explained:

It is my unfortunate duty to inform you all that we will not be continuing on the Silverstein tour. While on tour recently, we realized our internal structure was built on a whimsical foundation. We have become a disorganized touring band, and it’s left the five of us exhausted and miserable. Ergo, we are revamping, whipping our team into shape, polishing our rims, straightening our brims, and making a stab at semi-professionalism. Though dropping a tour may seem like a very unprofessional thing to do, we need this time to get our shit back on track.

The quintet has touring plans in the U.K., Europe and Japan before coming back to the States to perform on the entire Vans Warped Tour this summer.
