Rise Against suggests what non-voters can do in November

Rise Against recently contributed a list of the top five things that non-voter can do on election day. The band is apparently hoping that civic minding individuals younger than voting age could help influence voting age individuals.

The list includes helping voters register and find the appropriate precinct, encouraging people to vote and other ways to help voters make it to the ballot box. You can check out the entire list here.

The band released Appeal to Reason this week.

Paul Westerberg and Tommy Stinson “in the dugout chewing gum”

Billboard followed up with Westerberg’s manager Darren Hill, who put a damper on any reunion talk by claiming that there are “no plans beyond that right now.”

The Replacements split in 1991. This year Rhino issued expanded reissues of the band’s complete studio catalog.
