I was led to believe the Venue was for middle school and high school kids. A 13-year-old gave her phone number to a 22-year-old and he’s calling at 2 o’clock in the morning wanting them to go out. There was some drunk guy on the phone. It was unbelievable. They’re bringing predators into town and they’re calling and texting these girls. /blockquote p The result is a cancelled concert season. If shows begin at the venue again, people will be carded to ensure they are under 18 and there will be a security guard present during concerts.

Exene Cervenka of X has launched a stream of her new solo album, Somewhere Gone. The record is the first for the influential musician since her 2006 album, Se7en, on Nitro Records and her first for Bloodshot Records.
