SHEAR, the new Helsinki, Finland-based six-piece metal act featuring former/current members of AMORAL, OMNIUM GATHERUM, IMPERANON, ELENIUM and CRYSTAL BLAZE, has posted the song “Scorched” from the band’s recently completed four-song EP, “In Solitude”, on the group’s MySpace page.

Dirty Tactics signs to Flix Records

Dirty Tactics Wien, Austria’s Flix Records has signed Philadelphia’s Dirty Tactics. The label is planning to release a new CD / LP from the band this year, with a European tour scheduled for the summer.

The band took part in Gainesville, Florida’s The Fest last year. Video footage of some of their performance is available.
