Cancer Bats have posted the new video for “Sabotage.” The song is a cover of the Beastie Boys classic. Once you get to the site, you have to do a little work to see the video. The band wants the clip to be posted to Facebook or Retweeted and you need to do that to unlock the video itself. The song will appear on the band’s forthcoming digital EP which will precede a new full length. The EP will contain the tracks ‘Scared To Death’ and their take on the Beastie Boys’ classic, ‘Sabotage’. It will be available from iTunes as of March 1st. The songs on the EP will be from their forthcoming release “Bears, Mayors, Scraps and Bones due to be released on April 13th.

The record is tentatively slated for an early June release; once out, it’ll follow up 2007’s New Wave. It’ll also be the band’s first album with new drummer George Rebelo.
