Dead to Me have announced a run of American tour dates that kick off shortly after the band returns from their current European jaunt. And for those wondering, the group is confirmed to appear at The Fest 9 in Gainesville over Halloween weekend, so pay no mind to that conspicuous gap in the itinerary.
The band, who recently retooled their lineup, will be supporting their new 7″ for Shield Recordings and Brick Gun Records, Wait For It.

Killing the Dream have posted an audio player featuring music from their next album, Lucky Me. The album is due out November 23, 2010 and is the follow up to Fractures which was released in 2008.
The label commented on the record:

Panic Records act Run with the Hunted have posted the first song from their upcoming self-titled LP due out November 23rd, 2010. The track is titled “Double Zero” and it can be found on their Facebook Page.
The band has also booked a month of tour dates beginning later in October.
Hopeless Records have signed For The Foxes. The three-piece hails from Barnegat, NJ.

Circa Survive recently recorded a session at the Daytrotter studios. The band performed acoustic renditions of “Spirit of the Stairwell,” “Strange Terrain” and “I Felt Free” from their new album Blue Sky Noise as well as a track entitled “Every Way” that appeared on the deluxe edition of said album.

Hour of the Wolf have announced plans to reissue their discography through Think Fast! Records in the form of two collections. The first volume, Decompositions Vol. 1, is due out on November 9, 2010 and will feature the band’s 2006 EP Power of the Wolf, one new song and a selection of unidentified covers. It’ll be the first time any of these songs have been released on vinyl. More information is available here.
The band will be part of the first five dates of the Think Fast! Records and Think Fast! Booking showcase tour, beginning in late October.

Dutch power trio Antillectual have posted another new song from their upcoming full-length, Start From Scratch. The song, “Some of my Best Friends are Meat Eaters,” can be heard here or by clicking Read More. The band had this to say about the song’s lyrical content:
“The song is, at least as I see it, about (meat) consumption and not pretending you’re a better person because you don’t eat meat even though it’s a respectable decision. It has always been typical for the lyrical content to have a certain message and this song has at least reached one person to take a more positive stance in life.”
Antillectual have been posting a new song from Start From Scratch on a weekly basis for several weeks now; those wishing to catch up should start here. The album is expected out in November and will follow up the group’s 2008 effort, Testimony.

Pissed Jeans have unveiled a video for “False Jesii Part 2,” a track from the group’s 2009 full-length King of Jeans.
Two of Canada’s biggest exports (after oil, gas and Francophones) will be headed to Europe in November for a tour together. Montreal art-rock outfit Arcade Fire has tapped Toronto art-hardcore band Fucked Up for the run. Undoubtedly, Fucked Up will spent the trip reminding Arcade Fire how much their hockey team sucks.
The third issue of the comic is out! We are one week away from the final chapter and the DLC. People have been asking about what is canon (the official story) – the game or the comic? The Comic is the official version of events, but Left 4 Dead has always been about organic story telling between you and your friends, so we wanted to not force you into one story line in the game. You get to choose the ending and see how it plays out.
We will have more information on the DLC later this week.
