Bad Astronaut has detailed the upcoming vinyl edition of their 2001 album, Acrophobe. The pre-order for this record begins today. The record is being pressed as 150 on transparent brown, 250 on white vinyl, 300 on solid baby blue and 300 on black vinyl .

Interpol has launched a stream of their upcoming, self-titled album. The album is slated for a September 7, 2010 release, following up 2007’s Our Love to Admire. The record is due out on indie Matador Records after a a stint with Capitol Records for their first two full-lengths, 2002’s Turn on the Bright Lights and 2004’s Antics.

Japan’s Envy have posted another new song from their upcoming album, Recitation. The record is due out October 12, 2010 and is the first new studio album from the band since 2006’s Insomniac Doze. In the intervening years, the band released a Split with Jesu and a Split [12 inch] with Thursday.

To coincide with their upcoming European tour, Dead To Me will be issuing a new 7-inch on Dutch label Shield Recordings. The three song 7-inch is titled Wait For It and will include the title track as well as “Attack Form” and “Pay Stub.” The band has confirmed the run which kicks off in about a week and will have the band in Europe till early October.

According to a tweet from label head honcho Brett Gurewitz, Epitaph Records will be releasing the soundtrack to the third movie in the Jackass film series. No other information is available right now, but we’ll keep you posted when a release date and track listing is revealed.

The film itself, Jackass 3D, is scheduled to open October 15.
