Four Star Alarm have posted a blog update concerning their recent goings-on. The Chicago quartet are preparing to enter the studio where they plan to record the follow-up to their 2006 self-titled Thick Records EP. They also discuss touring plans, possibly working with J. Robbins and contributing to a Seaweed tribute.

In addition to their EP, Four Star Alarm released a two-song 7″ on Underground Communique Records last fall which featured their cover of “Tilted” from a limited Russian released Sugar tribute album.
