Bad Brains frontman Paul “HR” Hudson will return with a new solo album this September titled Hey Wella. The reggae recording features music written by Grant “OG” Garretson (drums and guitar) and production work by three time Grammy winner, David Darlington. The record hits stores on September 30th via DC Hardcore Records. Two songs from the work can be previewed now on HR’s MySpace page.

Bad Brains most recently released Build a Nation in 2007. The album was produced by Adam Yauch of the Beastie Boys.
