Legitimate Business returns from hiatus with new album, guitarist

New Jersey ska-punk act Legitimate Business has returned from a period of dormancy with plans to release their new record First World Problems. The band recorded with Mike Oettinger (Lifetime‘s 2 Songs, Say Anything) over a span of several months. The record features artwork by Joe Syverson and Jeff Rosenstock (twincuts, Bomb the Music Industry!). The band has the songs “Remember When” and “S.O.S.” online for download at their web site and up streaming on Myspace.

The band has also recently added guitarist Mark Chelminiak. Mark will join them for an upcoming show with the Riverboat Gamblers and Fake Problems on the 19th of April in Hoboken NJ.
