Denton, TX’s The Marked Men have posted two new songs to their MySpace page. The tracks are titled “Fortune” and “Ditch” and are off of the group’s new album Ghosts, set for release on January 27, 2009.
The band had this to say about their rumored demise:
‘Hiatus’ may not be the right word to use. It’s all up in the air. With Jeff in Japan, Joe in El Paso, Mike having two kids, I really don’t know if we’ll be able to play again. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. It’s okay, though. The band had been around for a while, since 2002. I don’t want to beat it to death.
