Newest Industry Records has risen from the land of the (almost) dead and announced their return after going on the dreaded “Indefinite Hiatus” earlier this year.
After a few months of deliberation, I decided not to kill off Newest Industry completely. I have re-launched the label with a brand new website – http://www.thenewestindustry.com – and a new record – the first in a year and a half, which is the new 7″ from FOUR LETTER WORD (split release with No Idea Records and Damaged Records)… all information regarding stopping, and re-starting the label, can be found on the “about us” page on the new website. Thank you!
PS. as a side-note, all proceeds from the SHONBEN CD we put out, from now until we sell out shall go to the Callum Robbins fund (as Janet Robbins was in the band). I guess this counts as news, seeing as the more people that know about this, the more we might sell and the more money we can give to them.
Thanks, Dave.
