Panic! At the Disco sets a date

Panic! At the Disco After a number of false starts, Panic! At the Disco has finally set a release date for their new album. The popular band spoke to Billboard and dropped March 25, 2008 as a date.

In terms of the sound, the record seems to be aiming for “maturity” dropping names like Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan and the Beach Boys. They explained:

When I started playing music, all I was hearing was whatever was on the radio. I’m 21 now, so a lot of my musical tastes have changed. “I played harmonica on a song and did some slide guitar, which we’ve never done before,

To date, the band’s debut album A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out has sold 1.7 million copies.
