Public Serpents keep posting new tracks. The newest is “Driller Killer” and features MC Devlin of the Mad Conductor and is reportedly “a bit too real for mere mortals.” You can be the judge at the group’s MySpace page.
As we’ve been telling you, the Serpents are the newest project from NYC squatscian Skwert. Skwert has spent time in bands such as Choking Victim, INDK and American Distress and will be releasing his new group’s album via Tent City Records.
The album promises a merger of dancehall reggae, punk and ska akin to “Choking Victim, INDK, Operation Ivy, The Specials, American Distress, The Clash, Misfits, Bucaneer and Buju Banton.”
