Radiohead commence recording next album

Radiohead‘s Colin Greenwood tells NME that the Oxford-based band have begun work in the studio with longtime producer Nigel Godrich.. The band began on May 11th and are working on the follow up to 2007’s In Rainbows.

Colin added:

We’ve just started work [in the studio] last week. It’s really cool and everything is sounding great. It’s early days and it is a bit like having a scrapbook at the moment because everything is up in the air, but it’s good to be back in the studio.

The band has worked with Godrich for every album since 1997’s OK Computer.
