Our second series of Dispatches this week come courtesy of The Measure [SA]. Despite having released a full-length, 2007’s Historical Fiction as well as a slew of 7″ which were recently compiled in 2008’s One Chapter in the Book: A Collection of Standard Waits and Measurements, the band is just now embarking on their first full US tour.
