Travis Barker, drummer of Plus 44 and previously Blink 182 and The Aquabats, recently spoke to Metromix Los Angeles about whether his former band Blink 182 will reunite in the near future, saying:
I don’t know. You know, to be honest with you, I haven’t spoken to Tom [DeLonge] in five years. I speak to Mark [Hoppus] every day, he’s one of my greatest friends, so…that’s the status of that. I think everyone would have to be friends, and I think we’d all have to want to do it in order for it to happen.
Blink 182 went an “indefinite hiatus” in 2005 after releasing the self-titled Blink 182 two years prior, in 2003.
