Vinyl Vlog has announced a unique service they’re offering for attendees of this weekend’s Fest 8 in Gainesville, FL. The blog announced:

The idea [is] to provide record mailers to people who purchased records from any one of the number of Bands, Labels or Distros present. This would hopefully help SAVE YOUR VINYL from getting wrecked during the 100’s of different shows you’ll attend throughout the weekend.

Nick from limitedpressing.com is sponsoring the mailers. In addition each mailer will contain a compilation CD, 5 of which are special “Golden CDs” that entitle the owner to an additional prize package. The compilation includes a number of unreleased tracks, including material from Smoke or Fire and O Pioneers!!!.
