I just found out about a great FREE add on mod for Baldurs Gate II.
The name of the mod is The Darkest Day and you can download it for free or pay $9 and receive a CD copy of the module. If you get the CD, they will throw in an additional mod for BG I, The Dark Side of the Sword Coast for free.

Hi, this is Tom. I am the on-line promoter and writer for The Final Step(TFS). Well, to get to it. David Dodson, the drummer for TFS is the only original member of the band left. Robby Ayers(singer/frontman) left to go off into a different musical direction while Dave Touchet(Lead guitar) and Joe Simpson(Bass Guitar) left for personal reasons. David has since hired Dan Jopling on bass, Lonnie Billings and Scott(oops, I forgot his last name) at lead guitars. David has expanded his search for a new singer from Lawton to OKC and south to Dallas. The bands music direction is still going to be in the metal genre. Well, thats it for now. Ill post more news as it happens. Thank you and keep it metal.
Playstation Mods drops a huge announcement right before Christmas. “Due to recent legal proceedings by Sony towards our sale of the NEO4 chip we have decided to close down all our modchip operations indefinitely.”

I just posted my review of The Pledge of Allegiance Tour featuring Slipknot, System of a Down, Rammstein and No One. Saturday night was a good night for local music, and a bad night for local musicians. The line up included Local Artists Social Breakdown, Knucklewhite and Manifest Destiny, along with Abrupt/Universal Records Artists, Speak No Evil.

Ever wonder what it is like to be me? I doubt it, but hey, this is my site, so I am going to tell you about it anyway. I just watched Almost Famous on HBO. It is funny how a movie can spark something in you. Music does the same thing. Watching Almost Famous is a look into my world. I am a fan of Music. More than anything, Music is an important part of my life. I spent 6 years working my way from mascot to weekend peon at a great Rock Radio station. I held down a fulltime job, went to school fulltime, worked 2 – 3 weekend shifts at the radio station and once in a while, I got to see my wife. I sacrificed a lot for my love of Music. I finally gave up on being a DJ because something in my life had to give. I took the easy way out. I stopped being a fan. This site is my way of bringing back the thing I miss the most, the music and being around other people who know what it means to be a fan.
That’s right, I do this because I am a fan. Always was, always will be. So, I present my corner of the world to you, my world, where the Music rules and having fun is part of the game. Won’t you join me? Us?
As they say in the movie, Almost Famous, “It will set you free.”

I am not real happy with the current release of Windows XP by Microsoft. It seams with every new OS release, they get one step closer to really living up to the Anti-trust lawsuit currently winding down in the courts. I really do not want to rent my software. It is bad enough to pay a monthly subscription rate for Online Games, but at least I can understand the cost involved with Bandwidth and operations. I can respect the fact that my $10 is going to pay for an ongoing business and not just someones greedy attempt to swindle me out of even more money.

It seems a mistake at the printing press has caused quite a stir on the web. You see, several websites were making fun of Bert (of Sesame Street Fame) and Osama being pals. All of the original pictures were doctored. There are several theories on how the Bert/Osama picture wound up on the poster. One includes a printing press that got in a hurry, pulled one of the doctored photos from the web and didnt pay attention to what they were putting on the poster. NPD Intelect released the top 20 selling games for August. A very “deserving” add-on takes the #1 spot. The Sims continues to amaze me as three offerings stay in the top 10. (You better believe Sims Online is going to make some major cash!) The boys at Interplay round out the bottom rung at number 20. Guess they did such a good job with the main game, people didnt need the add-on to make it look and play better, unlike our number one contender, which was a necessary update to the outdated engine used in Diablo II.
