Touch and Go Records will be reissuing the long out-of-print debut 7-inch from the legendary Negative Approach. The 10 song EP was newly remastered for the release by John Golden and had originally been issued as a limited pressing of 3000 in 1982. The reissue is due out October 12, 2010.

Bad Religion have posted another new song from The Dissent of Man. The new album is out in just under a month, on September 28, 2010. The band is planning both a series of 30th Anniversary Shows and a North American tour in support of the album.

At the Denver, CO stop of their ongoing tour with AFI, Green Day debuted a new song, “Cigarettes and Valentines.” The song is the title track from the band’s planned follow up to Warning which was scrapped when the master tapes were stolen. The band returned to the studio and instead recorded what would become American Idiot. The band noted they were recording a new live album, leading to speculation that some of the “lost” songs from the album would appear on the live album.
The band previous released a live album, Bullet in a Bible, in 2005.
