Interpol returns to Matador for new album

Interpol After a stint with Capitol Records, Interpol will issue their next album through Matador Records, the band’s home for their first two full-lengths, 2002’s Turn on the Bright Lights and 2004’s Antics. The self-titled effort is slated for a September 14, 2010 release, following up 2007’s Our Love to Admire.

The band will be supporting U2 this summer and playing headlining gigs on that tour’s off days.
