Time profiles Devo in a new feature

Devo Time has put together a five minute look at the many eras and sounds of Devo. Beginning with clips of the band’s fateful performance of “Satisfaction” on SNL and including segments from “Whip It” and other singles, the video intersperses interviews with mastermind Mark Mothersbaugh who also talks about how the Kent State Massacre informed their world view and much of the bands views on “devolution”

The feature goes on to discuss both the band’s new album, Something for Everybody in 2010, and some of the band members side projects including Mothersbaugh’s work as a soundtrack composer for Wes Anderson and others.
